Interview Call Letters and Offer Letters

Hi Seniors,

I defineltely need your help on this one. I have been applying to several jobs on all the job portals, but I haven't got any interview calls and nor do I have a offer letter.

I need to know how important it is to have interview call letters and offer letters before I apply for EC, because I heard from my friend that once I reach there I will be able to get a job, since she too is working in the same field.

But I want to know if my EC will be rejected on grounds that I don't have offer letters or interview call letters?

Please help
