FLR-M documents to submit along with application

Post by Skhan86 » Tue Mar 29, 2016 11:34 am

Hi Guys,
I need confirmation if I (applicant) need to submit the original passport and BRP of my husband along with all other documents.
I am obtaining Spouse visa of settled person in uk..
I read in the FLR-M form that a complete set of photocopied pages of husband's passport (sponsor) is required to submit with my original passport and other documents. Need confirmation if anyone can help urgently.

Regards,
SKhan

Photocopies of your sponsors documents are fine.

Your original passport as the applicant must be submitted.

Alternatively, apply in person for an extra fee for a same day decision. Assuming of course you are currently in the UK given that you have reference FLR(M) form.
