FLR_M Section 4

We are confused by the English and perhaps the meaning here.

Our answers to Section 4:

(1) No Children together
(2) One child whose parent is not the sponsor (Chinese)
(3) Two children whose parent is not the applicant (British)

None of the children are financial dependents and none will be applying for a UK visa extension or family visa yet the form requests if 1,2 or 3 are "yes", then the children's details should be filed.

What should we do? Hoping somebody can give us an authoritative answer.
