Renewal of leave to remain

Post by Ladye » Fri Apr 08, 2016 9:12 pm

Sorry this is not a reply I've been trying to figure out how to post a question to no avail, please my issue is , I'm about to renew my 2nd half of 5 years route spouse visa , I was wondering if I should tick yes or no to the question have you been refused a UK visa before ? I was refused the first part due to error on my part ticking the worng box to say I'm from an English speaking country , I'm not regarded as one , and I did not include my masters degree, I appealed and it was obviously granted because I have a masters degree from UK, now my question is should I tick no as it was overturned or yes and explain what happened ? Sorry from the long read. Thanks

To start a new topic with your own query, you click on the 'New Topic' button on top left of page in the forum you want.

I have moved your post to its own topic/thread.

You should answer truthfully and provide any additional information in the 'Additional Information' sheet. UKVI have record of the refusal so to say no is not really true.
