Moving to UK 10 months after getting approval

Post by js_nanda » Mon Nov 19, 2007 11:01 am

Hi,

I have recieved my HSMP approval in Sept 2006. My Visa was stamped in Feb 2007 and is valid till Feb 2009. I could not move to UK due to some restraints. Now I have recieved a job offer in UK with a salary of 55K and would like to move to UK now.
I want to know whether I will face any problems in getting an extention and further getting ILR.
I have to get the visa for my family stamped and intend to bring them in April 2008.

Please advise.

Regards
JN

there wont be any problem.

dont delay more as for extension it would be good to have last 12 months in UK and at 55K u should get an extension.

well if u complete 5 yrs with small gaps as defined can anybody stop u ?

the key here is to stay for 5 yrs and get visa renewed in changing circumstances like HSMP to Tier 1.

5 yrs is a long time mate, when u come to the river u can start thinking of how to cross the bridge.

In short YES u can.
