Hi everyone!
I came to the UK in 2003 and claimed asylum unfortunately it got rejected and I have exhausted all appeal rights. Now I made a fresh claim but have heard nothing since a year from the HO.
However, in the meantime I got married to a BC but that was done In Church without having the CoA from the HO. Due to some financial problems I couldn't apply for a COA at that time (2006). Now my husband got everything to meet the criteria to get a CoA approved. I know I have no leave to remain but thats another thing which I will sort out. So no questions about going back and getting spouse visa approved I know that all!
I just want to know if its an offence to get married in the UK without having a CoA??? Could that effect an application for spouse visa or a CoA?
