Umbrella company income for HSMP

Hi,
Can you please help me what can I claim for new HSMP if total weekly pay I receive from umbrella company is structured as :

Parasol Receives from Progressive contracters: 412

_________________________________________________________

BASIC PAY: 207 (taxable)
HOLIDAY PAY: 21 (taxable)
PARASOL BUSINESS EXPENSES: 141 (non taxable)

_________________________________________________________

PARASOL FEES: 27
EMPLOYERS NI: 16

Pay in taxable pay column is 228.

So can I claim at least 207+21+141 for new HSMP?
