Applicants applied for FLR from within UK - please help

Hi,

I got my HSMP approval letter and docs today (20/12/2007). I am in the UK. I hold a valid Work permit. I am planning to apply for FLR (HSMP) soon. Can I get answers to the following questions please?

1. Is there any minimum bank balance required, even if I am already employed in UK and moving from Work permit to HSMP? If so, then how much is the minimum?
2. Is Integra verification applicable to people applying from within UK as well?
3. What are the mandatory documents that need to be submitted along with the FLR(HSMP) application, if applied from within UK?

We need to submit 3 months bank statement and ideally should show 3-4K balance..
When are you planning to apply for FLR?
What is Integra evaluation? I have no idea about that..

Thanks for your response. I am planning to apply for FLR sometime in Jan.

Is it anywhere mentioned that ideally the bank balance should show 3-4K balance?

Any EC thread I went through in this website, talks about Integra verification, which is something to do with HO verifying your details with your employer's HR division. Don't know whether it is applicable for FLR as well. If anyone knows about it, it will be of help to me.
