urgent - HSMP wife dependant visa

Hi all

I am applying for my wife HSMP dependent visa, please can someone guide me

1) which form should i fill in and if possible link to the guidance document

2) my wife would possibly come anytime within 3 to 9 months time. If i apply for a visa now, does they specify the time within which she needs to enter the uk i.e., would it be a problem if he gets a visa and comes to uk after 6-7 months.

Thank you very much for reply, it was very useful

- I have the read the link about the validity of visa but didnt get very clear explanation. Please can you advise if my wife gets visa on 1st of March and enters the UK say on 1st of June, does it matter.

- what should I tick as type of visa for my wife as an HSMP dependant. I guess it is "Dependant of a person in an employement category", can you confirm.

Please can some one share info about the Procedures for TB testing, how long it takes. I keep calling the islamabad and Lohore IOM but with no luck.

"Dependant of a person in an employment category" seems to be the correct category.
