Hello AGraf,

I am in the exact same situation as you. I am a German/Brazilian citizen and my wife is Brazilian.

I have some questions, maybe you can help me out.

We did the online application for the EEA family permit and scheduled the interview for next week.

How long did it take for you to get the permit after the interview? Did you do it in Sao Paulo? (We are in Sao Paulo) How was the interview did they need all the paperwork you brought?

We already have our plane tickets for April. We can prove sufficient funds in the bank. We are staying at a friends house when we get there and we have her address and phone number.

Where did you get the marriage certificate certified translation and how much did it cost?

So neither one of you has job offers in the UK, you will look for work when you get there right?

Did you get all this paperwork back?

Thanks for the help!
