Eind Scrapped?

Hello Dear Members,

I have been browsing through many posts where I have read that Eind is scrapped as per new legislation but there is still some ambiguity :/

So can the Senior or anyone knowledgeable reflect on the following:

1) Which part of the regularly explicitly says that a British citizen who have gone through SS route needs to be working again in the UK (which is Eind..)

2) I cannot see specific changes being made to the EFM form in this regard. So there is no changes in the forms or any other evidence required in this regard?

Can anyone reflect on this please.

I saw an interesting conversation between Noajthan and Secret.Simon regarding this where they had different interpretation.

So any valuable advise on this would help.
