Dear Gurus ,


I have to travel urgently , however my ILR apps in progress last 1 year . Can I vary to depended apps and travel ?
My 10 years also nearly there ! so I can go 10 years !!

Or shall I wait some more

In order for anyone to help you, you will have to give more information. :idea:

What is your immigration history?

What visa pplication have you submitted?

What category of dependent visa are you considering?

When will you reach 10 years of residence?
(Casa, not CR001)

You can't apply now for 10 year long residence which won't be reached until June!

You can vary your application to Tier 2 Dependent.
(Casa, not CR001)

How do you vary app??

Will you recall your current app and re-apply for tier 2?

That must cost a lot... then you need to do ILR again!
