Can i apply for PR with my corcumstances?

Hello everyone.
I am new to this forum and was trying to find some answees but iI could not so I decided to start a new thread

So basicaly, I came to live in Uk in 2006, left 2008 for one full uear and came back 2009.
I started an employment in 2009 and worked for this employer exactly 5 full years. After this i started self employment
I am from Bulgaria, EU2 contry and our accession period is 01.01.2007-31.12.2013, and to work legally we needed blue cerrificate or yellow certificate, which i did not knkw
I did not hold one, and my employer never asked me for one. I will have to let them know that i have worked without pernission, will i be able to get PR at all?

The other thing is, I have a visa to join parent in uk,which i was tld gives me all rights to work, and was issied in 2006, but is valid for one year. I never renewed as tjere was no need for visa after 2007 to stay in uk. There is a question in the online application if I had any special documents giving me permission to work, and examole is "leave granted before 1 January 2007 giving permission to work" - is this what i jave and should i mention it and send the expired Visa?
Please help me, i really do not know wjat to do
