2 year visa for mother

hello,
i want to apply 2 year visa for my mother...she has been in uk twice and stayed for 8 weeks...she last visited in 2014..now i want to apply for 2 year visa...i have read the guidance and it says that u need to show her frequent visit...so do i need to give evidence abt her visit for whole 2 years??...she is supported by my father and my brother....my father will not come with her...her financial status is very strong...i showed £4000 for six months...i m showing £6000 for the trip this time....shud i show more money for 2 years....she gets rent and she has got property on her name...i just need to make sure if i need to give extra evidence that when she will come back again after her first visit....she will stay with me for a month only this time....then she will come in january for 6 weeks...or maybe end of january....shud i tell them abt her january visit??

She needs to show a good history of visits to the UK. It is not asking for FUTURE visits information.

She needs to submit substantial evidence of her social, family and financial circumstances in her home country.

thanks for ur reply...she has got property from which she gets rent every month....my father also gets rents from his property...and my brother who lives in abroad also supports her every month....so it becomes suffiecient amount monthly she gets...thats why she has got savings...she can easily support herself...just to make sure that i wrote abt this visit...and nothing else...like future ones i didnt write anything...do i need to tell them abt it?? becoz financial circumstances is quite good...she is coming for visit...

actually i just want to confirm that the requirement is same as 6 months visa...just financially i need to show more money in the bank accounts...and income..and she will go back after visiting me...its actually same as 6 months...no different requirement...right???

Same requirements for 6 months or 2 year visa.

Applicant must prove strong ties.

Visitor visas are more difficult to get now, especially for elderly parents.
