Tier 1 entrepreneur visa Ielts

Hi. Hope every1 is fine.
I have IELTS General test scores of L7.5 R8 W6.5 & S7.5. My scores are 4 to 5 months old. In order to apply for tier1 entrepreneur visa do i need to resit ielts general with ukvi? Or can i use my ielts score that i have.

Yes Ielts valid for 2 year from the issue date.
Yes you have fulfil English requirement.

R u sure they won't ask me to resit with the ukvi one.
The requirements are of 4 band in each module which is very basic so i hope they will accept my scores.

NO NO NO, you MUST submit IELTS for UKVI results only, not doing it will get you a straight REFUSAL, it is clearly mentioned in the guidelines

Same happened with me, I took general ielts but was stopped by my solicitor, so had to retake ukvi one, I thank him a lot for this,

Rules are very strictly followed by HO, so don't assume anything

They wont ask you for anything, they will just hand you over a refusal with explanation,

You scores are really good, but will only be accepted if you sit UKVi Ielts

I had already got general IELTS within valid period but I still have done the IELTS of UKVI which is the necessary for tier 1 E and no doubt, I got score for my extended visa.
