Guidelines

Post by Tanim » Wed Jun 14, 2017 12:45 pm

Hello again,

I have found the guidelines and read terms and conditions.

The official guideline is really big, I was wondering if there is any compact guidelines for Tier 1 200k Entrepreneur.

Thank you,
Tanim

Can you please refrain from posting your full name and surname on the forum. We have many spammers and scammers that trawl around.

You or your father should read the whole guidance for Tier 1 ent, there is no "compact" version.

Why don't you explain more about your father's circumstances and yours if you expect any advice. This is not the easiest visas to get or extend and there are many requirements had have to be met.

Hello CR001,

Thank you so much for your reply and for the heads up as per scammers.

My father would like to set up an authentic West Bengal Restaurant here in the UK. I just don't have the time to go through the entire procedures hence I was hoping for a shorter version to know a few things such as if there are any age restrictions as he is 70 years old.

I have sent him the long guidelines and also actively looking for a very good lawyer. Thank you so much again.

If you/father do not go through the entire guidance and tick every single box and rhen some, this visa will fail.

What is your immigration status?

Stop asking for lawyer details on the forum.

I don't think I asked for any lawyer details.

Then refrain from posting "am also looking for a very good lawyer" as it clearly can be interpreted that you are and members could then post info.

I believe you are getting the wrong end of the stick there CR001. I merely stated that I'm looking for a lawyer and that's a big difference in saying I am looking and ASKING for it. I do hope you understand the difference?
