Mn1 Still waiting and need to travel

Hi Experts ans seniors,

I have applied for my Daughter MN1 (JCAP) in March 2017 and submitted Biometrics.
We have not received approval yet. But now I have to travel to India and have few questions. If someone can advise it will be great before booking tickets.

She is holding Indian Passport. Uk Visa expired in March 2017

Can she travel to India ? If yes, she will be staying there for upto 3 months. I will be returning back to UK after 2 weeks from the date of travel. In this time If i get her Naturalization certificate and British Passport approved and delivered to my UK Address, can i take it with me back to India and return to UK with her on British Passport.

Travel intended date 14th July.
