WP to FLR (HSMP) Employer Confirmation

Hi,

I've just applied for FLR from WP. Could anyone please let me know what are the chances of contacting my current Employer by Home Office.

Any one who has experianced this can also provide their inputs.

In the forum i've got the posts where people mentioned that they *MAY* Contact. But no one is sure.
