I'm resident here in the UK and has been for 6years I applied as the mother of a self sufficient child she has a private health insurance and the dad contributes financially to her well-being he is the EU national and is working here for her 3years now ...i am housed under section 21 sad I'm not allowed to work and I can't give up custody of my daughter to the dad he only visits us my application was declined with a tight if appeal stating reasons of refusal was because they noticed some receipt of public funds on my bank statements yes thchild benefit pays into my account and child tax credit but the dad is the main claimant and since I'm with our daughter he put my bank account was wondering if my appeal has got a chance thanks
