Hello,
Can I please have advise on the documents I need to submit for switching from Long term ICT to Spouse Visa of British Citizen in UK. which form Should I Fill - Is it FLR(M)

Documents I have
1) Marriage Certificate of the marriage happened in India - Is this enough
2) Date of the birth Certificate of my wife - In English
3) My pay slips
4) Employer Letter
5) English Language Certificate from NARIC -For Education in India, Original Degree
6) House Contract
7) Passports
8) Bank Statement
9) Utility Statements

I don't have my date of birth certificate do I need to have my Date of birth Certificate? Do I need to any other documents
Please anyone has gone through the above process?

Thanks
