Need information about uk spouse visa

Hello dear members,
I got married this year on juanary, My husband is a british pakstani. We want to apply for the visa now. We've lost the conversations of 2014 , now we only have conversations of whatsapp starting from june 2016-december.
January 2017-till septmber
I dont know if i need to put one screenshot from each month or shall i just start from june - october
And not do all the months. Also i dont know how to write introduction letter can anyone give me an exemple . Thanks
