I want to do Nikah ( Muslim Wedding ) before i apply for COA

HI there i am wondering if any one can help me i am an international student and going to marry my GF of 5 yrs she is british citizen, we both are muslims and want to do NIKAH my question is if any one can tell me that we can get our NIKAH done and then apply for COA after, WOuld there be any problem from home office, please help me your replies would be mch appreciated.

I don't think a Nikah ceremony officiated in the UK is classed as a legal marriage as far as immigration rules for the UK are concerned. So I don't think your plans of having your Nikah should have an impact on your application for CoA
