SAR Request refused

Hi All

I made a SAR request and it was refused due to not being signed by the right person , ID was stamped by a solicitor but he didn't put the exact wording , Can anyone help please who else can sign the ID as the solicitor who signed the ID is no longer available ,

SAR taking long time

Does anyone know how long it takes for HO to reply as it has been over a month now - is there any way I can contact them or shall I just wait - thank you
