ILR British child and girlfriend (Dad overstayer)

Post by Miss-rose » Wed Oct 18, 2017 2:08 pm

Hi all!

I need help for any successful applications for leave to remain based on their overstayed application for having a British family.

My boyfriend of 4 years visa expired in November 2014! Due to my personal issue and money, we couldn't apply until this year. We have lived together since we been together and I have always supported the two of us with no help from anyone. I'm British from birth and in April of this year we had a baby girl.

Settlement visa applied on 20 August 2017
payment taken out 25 August 2017
My and baby passport returned 31 August 2017
Biometric taken 21 September 2017

We used a lawyer for the application!
Does anybody know how long it will take to hear from home office? home office online application status keep saying "Awaiting a decision" since September 19th.

What exactly did he apply for?

What is his full immigration history and visas held?

He doesn't qualify for ILR.

Topic moved to the family immigration sub forum (here where it is now).
