Impact on ILR Application? TIER1 ent to ILR DL

Hi

I have given Directors loan in 8 transactions with different amounts in total of £64750

My company's accounts ending 31st October.

If I withdraw one transaction under DL after 31st Oct 2017 and transfer back before the end of next accounting period of 31st Oct2018 so that DL amount will stay the same on these year end accounts.

Will there be any impact although from forum discussion it is not recommended to withdraw DL untill ILR.

All suggestions will be highly appreciated

Since you've put in much more than 50000, are you planning to withdraw approximately 14000 or less (the extra amount that you've put in)?

Yes absolutely correct ☺
I definitely reinvest this as DL before next accounts just to keep DL maintained as it was at extension before ILR application.

Just need that 10 to 12k for Mortgage deposit NOW.

I strongly believe on forum discussions and advices so come on dears ,should I go ahead or its toxic☺

Can I have any further input please. Need to decide very soon. If I withdraw funds; invested above £50000 requirement?

If the required 50,000 stays intact, and you withdraw the extra 14000, I think it doesn't matter.

I am also thinking the same and additionally I may maintain the same DL amount before next accounts.
