Employee/Director of Limited Company – Naturalisation Application

Dear Members,

I would like to know whether my below situation would affect naturalisation application

Currently I am contracting through my limited company where I take salary and dividends.

I was working for another company as employee until august and started the limited company during mid-august 2017

I am already paying PAYE & NI for my own salary and can able to provide payslips as evidence of tax payments (if required) but my SA tax returns are not due until 2019 as I only started the company this year.

Spoke to NCS they said I would need to show proof that I am paying taxes (as my passport expires by the time of application – My current passport is expiring end of this month)

So should I wait until I file my first self-assessment tax returns to apply BC and obviously renew my Indian passport for now?
