ILR Absences for PBS dependent

Post by iubus2005 » Fri Dec 22, 2017 1:45 pm

Based on @Vinny's post about New Changes, it seems that even the dependents will have to have continuous period of stay. I wanted to clarify -- if my partner's extension is already approved (or will be approved before Jan 11, 2018), it seems she will not be subject to this requirement?

She will be under existing rules and will not be subject to 180 days absense
