How many ILRs per year?

Hi any links to data on how many ILRs granted per year?

Sub data on types of ILR (t1/LR/spouse etc) would be interested for my curiosity also percentage rejections

Number of ILRs granted are down from 242k in 2010 to only 60k in 2016.
