Subtenancy as proof of accommodation

Dear All

Thanks for the continuous support. I have a question regarding meeting the accommodation requirement. I am subletting from a sublandlord. I have a subtenancy agreement signed by the landlord and the sublandlord. I am have a letter signed by both of them that they do not mind me joining my wife once granted visa. I also have an inspection report. Is there anything else I should include? Is this suitable at all?
