Applying for British citizenship for Spouse

I am preparing British citizenship application for my wife. My wife got ILR last month after completing 5 years in UK. Does she have to wait for another 1 year after ILR to apply for British citizenship or she can apply for it now. To add here I got my British citizenship last year after completing 5 years on Tier1 and 1 year after ILR.

No she does not have to wait 12 months.

She will apply as spouse of BC based on 3 years residence. Make sure she was physically present in the UK 3 years ago on the same date she submits her application.
