Can any one guide me that if I will claim jobseekers allowance and housing benefit as an eea direct family member . Will it be a problem when I will apply for PR. And then British nationality?

It may do, depending on the basis of your stay in the UK. If your sponsor is a self sufficient person, then claiming benefit for an extensive person may amount to not exercising treaty rights.
