Collecting documents

Hi Friends,
I have applied for HSMP initial approval from UK, on 25th of feb 2008, currently am under workpermit visa, am moving back to India by next week around 18th apr 08. Seems like i will not get my decision and my docs before I leave the country, Now am in confusion on hw to collect my documents after the decision.
I Knw we hv cpl of options
1)Send the fax for change of address(India address) to HO
2)Send the fax for courier pickup
Apart from these options
3) Is that advisable to ask my housemate to collect my documents, and send it to me safely.
4) Send the fax for change of address(My Cousin's address in UK). mentioning this will be my new address. I hope its more better option for me

As I phoned HO they hv clearly said they will not send the docs to third party.

I prefer option 3 and 4. Is that safe to use option 3 and 4?
Can anyone suggest for me.
