Citizenship application online

Hi!
I have a question if anyone can help please!

I am applying for naturalization using online form. As i don't have my passport with me, it is with home office since 6+ years. They took it when i claimed asylum in 2011.
Now i have uk travel document but when i put that I don't have passport in online application they ask for reason, i provide the reason. Next step they ask for travel document i select yes in that option and provides my travel documents details.
After completing the form in documents sections they are saying Tick that you will provide 'Travel document issued by PAKISTAN for XYZ'.
However I clearly mentioned on the form that is issued by home office.
Please help what shall i do now. If i tick that option it means i am agreeing to provide.
If i select That I don't have travel document then they don't ask at the end. Shall i select no and send my tarvel documents with application and explain the reason in cover letter?

Do a paper application with NCS, and provide a cover letter explaining your situation.
