UK Spouse Visa

Hi,

Thank you in advance for any guidance you can give.

My wife is based in the US with our daughter. Been together for 7 years & married last year.

She’s just about to apply online from the USA to join me here but one thing worries me.

When we got married we gave notice to marry, it got referred to the home office coz she is a US citizen, got approved and we got married.

However, we got married when she was over here visiting, we didn’t apply for a marriage visa.

Will this be a problem due you think when we apply for her to join me here?
