Spouse visa

Post by rashismart2000 » Tue Jun 26, 2018 3:08 pm

Hi All,

First of all thank you for your support in advance

I am British citizen and working full time with gross income over 25000 per year. I done a nikah with a lady residing in Pakistan. We did not done any wedding ceremony yet and would lime to apply for spouse visa before I go there.

Will it be possible to apply for spouse visa based on Nikah only?

What form and documents do I need?
Can i apply here in UK ? Any other information will be a great help.

Thank you

Did you travel to Pakistan for the Nikah??

Have you met in person??

She has to apply from Pakistan.

P.S. I have merged your topics. Please keep all questions on the same application in one topic.

You can't marry in the UK if you have already legally married your wife in Pakistan.

No you can't. She has to apply in pakistan and submit certain document there and the other supporting documents get sent to Sheffield.

There is no "quick" way to do this.

You need a letter from your employer detailing your salary and employment details. P60s and payslips are not sufficient.
