changing name on one BRP card to the other

Hi all,
Please does anyone know how to apply to change my name from one BRP card to the other? I already informed them months ago during my naturalisation application which was later refused because I was unable to provide a p45 of where I worked 10 years ago!😳. However, they sent me a letter to confirm the name change but I still have the old name on the card. Advise please anyone... thanks

Have you changed your foreign passport to your new name?

Did you do a deed poll to change your name?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
