Urgent:EC refused not enough funds with right to apeal

Post by ahmedovais » Tue Apr 29, 2008 6:48 am

My EC has been rejected as I did not had suffient funds.

I applied with my wife and son. On what grounds can I apeal.
If I can get a job offer should I apeal and send the offer with it or should I reapply.

If I do not get the job offer then

The application was refused as I have less funds for to take care of my wife and son, can I put in the apeal that just give me the visa or should I apply alone

- From where did you apply and how much money did you show while applying for yourself and the dependants

It would be appropriate to apply again after removing the deficiencies - as a family- instead of filing appeal. What is the precise wording of refusal?

I am appling from Pakistan, my bank statement was 67000 Rs plus I gace a certificate of 250000 Rs of provident find that I will get from my office when leaving.
The wording was that that your funds you have shown are this much you need to buy tickets and arrange for place to live to family and kid and you have not yet secured the job so I can not give you visa. and the other requirements are fullfilled except this one.

Basically they said the funds you have shown are not enough for the family of three.

Funds shown are not sufficient. If approval letter is valid for next 2-3 months than arrange further funds from friends/family and and retain these funds in account for 1-2 months before reapplying. Also arrange accomodation letter from friends/family in UK. Any job offer while being in Pakistan would be difficult instead show evidence of search for jobs and any interview confirmation soon after intended arrival date.
If above are difficult to manage than appeal would be appropriate.
