Hi all,
Firstly, I hope this is the right place to post this topic of thread. I am new to this forum and hope I will get some help and advice that I am in desperate need of.
Main topic and details;
I am an ex Gurkha currently settled in the UK. My daughter is of age 31 now currently residing in Nepal. I would like to sponsor her for settlement in the UK. All of the other members of my little family are settled in the UK. She was completing her studies when we moved so she declined to come to the UK at the time.
Current situation;
I previously made the application last year for this and it was declined with reason being that my daughter was not dependant upon me. They came to this because I had not visited Nepal frequently and that the gap had been 8 years since my first visit.
Since then I have visited Nepal/ my daughter once during past year and plan to doing so again around end of this year.
Resource used for application documents>>>> http://gaeso.org.np/gaeso/wp-content/up ... k-list.pdf
Objective: I plan to apply for her settlement to the UK again in a month time and I have been gathering documents as advised in http://gaeso.org.np/gaeso/wp-content/up ... k-list.pdf
My questions;
How can I make sure they do not pick on the same subject again this time?(info: She is not working and I keep sending her monies monthly, She lives alone and needs support as her mental health is degrading massively and showing signs of depression and has attempted suicide recently. She has been in some counselling sessions to help her avoid negative thoughts. )
If anyone has gone through same situation, can you advise me of what I will need to do in order to ensure that her application is successfully granted?
I am really worried about my daughter and would like for her to be here. But at the same time I do not know if this time it fails then what she will be up to. It is also getting increasingly difficult for me financially and mentally stressed at all times.
Any advises are greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
