HSMP Phase out

Anyone know if HSMP will be phased out by August?

No BIA employees here

, so difficult to get inside info.

No timeline has been published by BIA yet except the statement on their website that the HSMP will undego a phased closure in 2008.

I asked the British High Commission in New Zealand a month ago and they thought it would be closer to the end of the year.
