Financial Requirement ILR

Hi,
I’m new here. Hopefully you can help me. I am bit confuse regarding about the financial requirment for ILR. My husband is working on the same company since July 2017. He is paid on weekly basis ,12£/hr and he is contracted hours is 40. But he is working more than 40hrs/week. Can anyone help me on how to compute it to meet the financial requirement.
