Spouse Visa updated Documents & Procedure

Hi All,

I hold ILR visa for last 6 months. I have an income around 25,000 per year. I want to apply for Spouse Visa for my wife and then ILR dependent visa for 4 years old child. They both are in India now.

Can you please give me the list of documents that I need to submit and also the procedure. I heard that I need to submit my docs in Sheffield but not sure how.

Documents Require
Spouse
1) Application Form
2) Application Fees ?
3) IELTS exam ( ielts types/score ?)
4) My Bank statements (6months)
5) My Payslips (6months)
6) My Employer Letter (still on Probation)
7) My letter for invitation
Accommodation ( Do I have to get 1 bed apart or 2 bed Apart) + if I am applying for visa in December when do I have to start renting the Apartment)
9) Relationship ( Marriage certificate + whatsapp Call log + whatsapp msgs)
10) any other docs ?????

Note: my wife & child are in UK before
wife in UK --> 2012 to 2016 ( left UK 2016 as our visa was refused)
child in Uk --> Born in UK 2014 (holds Indian Passport) and left in 2016 with mother

The link that you provided was for year 2016. alot changed since 2016.

I need the updated list of docs and procedure for year 2018/2019.

Many things have changed, however the immigration rules and documents required have not, which was the purpose of the older link, to give you the list of documents!!!
