Partner employed by my company

Post by Neo001 » Sun Nov 18, 2018 10:35 pm

HI,
i am in the process of applying for ILR in January.
I am completing the 5 year as a Spouse of a British Citizen.
My partner just lost his job (which we had relied on entirely on previous 2 visas).
I am a 40% shareholder of a Limited company which has 27 staff.
I and my business partner have gone ahead and employed my partner at my Ltd Company immediately (so no gaps) on a salary of 25k/year
My partner's salary now meets the criteria for the minimum financial requirement.
My question is:
When we apply for the visa do i just apply as normal, i.e. give last 12 months payslip and statement.
Or
Will, there be a requirement to submit my company financial e.g. accounts, CT600 etc?
It has been confusing because normally if we were relying on my income then yes i would need to submit all those extra documents OR if my partner was the shareholder. As per 9(a) of : https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... d-evidence

help, help , i would really appreciate it. Thank You.
