Will my BC will be refused for same reason as ILR???

My ilr was refused due to a 62 days gap in the 10 years contonuity. The gap was that i applied for the visa 3 months before the visa expiry but due to missed payment from bank so my application was invalid and returned. Then i applied again after 2 months and was granted the visa. After the ilr refusal i appealed and appel was allowed in my favour and i was granted ilr . Now my BC is due in january im just wondering will home office refuse my BC for the same reason on good chracter.
