Application for British citizenship and retain travel documents

Hi,

I tried to get booking for NCS for british citizenship application but they are closing service by 31/12/2018 and not able to get appointment in nearly 50 miles radius and I do not want to post travel documents as have scheduled travel in feb.

Is there any other way to apply for british citizenship and retain travel document?
