Meeting the Minimum Threshold £18600 ILR

Post by Yousaf Gul » Thu Nov 29, 2018 11:22 pm

Hi ,
I have got a confusion in income threshold. I am due to Apply for ILR in March 2019 through FLRM route spouse visa and will be applying by SET M form. This financial section is confusing. Our combined income is £31,800.00. My annual income as an employee is £13,300.00 and I have been working for the past 8 months and my income from self employment is £9,600 for the last financial year. My partner annual income as an employee is £9000.00 and she has been working for the past 7 months. Which section should we rely on from the following.

What do they earn?

The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount
Not the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
Not the same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount.

How many pay slips do we both have to submit for each?

Thanks

HI Zimba,
Thanks for the reply. I checked my DVLA Record online it says Court/Fixed Penalty office and offence date is 4/11/2016. I hope I should be all right applying for the same day service.
