Dependant visa for wife after husband becomes British citizen

Hi,

I'm very much confused about my visa extension. Please advise me on this situation.

My husband got ILR in 2016 after 5years on tier-1 general. In 2018 he became a British citizen.

I entered uk in 2015 as tier-1 general dependent(PBS Dependant) after marriage. I got visa for one year as my husband visa expires in one year.Later extended my visa in 2016 as PBS dependant after my husband got ILR and visa got for 3 years(until June 2019).
Now my husband is British citizen and had a child (British citizen by birth as my husband on ILR at that time).

I want to extend my visa but not sure how to extend or which category I belongs to.
Do I need to extend as a PBS dependant or spouse visa(dependant on British husband).

Also in HO website it's showing I need to prove my English abilities. I have done my bachelors in pharmacy in India. Do a Bpharm graduate need to prove English ability?

Please help me in this situation.

You extend as PBS Dependent. It will be an extension for another 3 years. There is NO English requirement for PBS Dependents. You must show 90 days maintenance funds of £630 though.

If you switch to spouse visa (dependent on British spouse), your clock for ILR will reset to zero and you have to wait another 5 years (2 x 2.5 year visas) before you can apply for ILR. DO NOT switch visa categories.
