Post by saifu_303 » Tue Dec 04, 2018 1:22 am

Hi,
Hope you can help,
I have to apply for my wife under FLR (M)at the end of December'2018. I have have a British daughter, So, I believe, I have to show last one year income (actual gross income £18600) and equivalent 6 months income (more than £9300 in current income). Can I combine income from three Employment?
Employer 1, monthly gross incomes: started in November'2017 (part time, permanent)
January'2018- £685
February'2018 - £685
March'2018- £550
Employment 1 ended in March'2018
Employer 2, monthly gross incomes (permanent; started full time, changed to 30 hours per week in October)
April'2018- £2000 (half of March salary added in April pay as I started after the cut off date)
May'2018- £1400
June'2018 -£1400
July'2018 -£1395
August'2018- £1500
Sept'2018- £1423
Octo' 2018- £1130
Nov'2018- £1200
Dec'2018 - £1120 (expected on 21st)
Employment 2 continues..
Employer 3: Short term contract
May'2018 one of gross payment £3200 (for the works done in Feb-April'2018)
(employment ended in September; no work done from May-September)
Same Employer (employer 3) new short term contract started on 20th November'2018
December'2018 Payment for the work done on Nov-December'2018 will be £2600 (expected on 22nd Dec'2018)
employment 3 will end on May'2019

Total gross income from Jan-Dec'2018 from 3 different employer is £20288 which is above £18600
Income from last 6 months 1395+1500+1423+1130+1200+3720 (1120+2600) =10368 which is higher than £9300
In my calculation both parts of category B are met. Please advice me if I have done it in the right way.
I will really appreciate your comments. many thanks

Yes your understanding is correct regarding category B but in your situation you will have to attach a lot of employment paper work. Also don't forget to attach 12 months corresponding bank statements to salary credits.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Thanks a lot Seagul. I will certainly attach 12 months Bank statement and all the payslips, contract paper and letter from the employers.
