FLR FP supporting documents and same day decision service - new online application

Is any one here doing or has already done FLR FP new online application? It looks like there are lots of documents needed
-pay slips
-bank statements
-birth certificate of both biological parents for each child
-proof of where each biological parent lives
-proof of all benefits received
- etc etc
Is this normal?

Does anyone know if the same day decision service for FLR fp exists? The online info looks like the premium service is for a quick appointment there is no clarity if it's for quick decision. Kindly help, I find the new application system online information is still not clear to a normal person like me.
