ILR application wrong, any solutions? (new system)

Hi all

Submitted the online application with some minor mistakes by my solicitor, just wondering is it going to cause any implication. solicitor said he can submit a cover letter to outline the mistakes. would that acceptable by UKBA? or is there any other solutions?

Thank you for your response also there is another mistake i noted, i had a visa refused previously to one of the other country instead of marking that in appropriate session he marked yes to refused a visa to uk previously? and no to the other session where it asked any visa refused to any other country? can this be corrected by cover letter? hope this makes sense
