Do children need 5 year residency if parents have ILR & Right of Abode

Hello,

My uncle and aunty both have ILR and Right of Abode respectively.

Their children have LR which they got under paragraph 302.

Do they now need to continue extending until they have resided in the UK for 5 years before applying for ILR? OR are they now eligible since both parents are settled here in the UK officially?
